Stratford Triumph

Rob Haywood
Rob is our Head of Business at Stratford, and brings with him over 25 years management experience in the automotive industry. He currently rides a Suzuki RGV 250 among others, but his dream bike is a Ducati 998R. His favourite motorcycle rider is Shane ‘Shakey’ Byrne. In his spare time Rob likes going to the gym, cycling and anything involving 80s or 90s motorbikes. Fun fact, Rob has been a marshal at the Isle of Man TT over a 10 year period!
James Bird
James is one of our sales executives here at Triumph Stratford-Upon-Avon, and has been with us for 6 years. He currently rides a Bonneville Bobber Black, and his favourite motorcycle racer is Valentino Rossi. James owns 3 dogs, so his spare time is often spent out on walks.
Jamie is one of our Sales Executives here at Triumph Stratford. He's got over 20 years experience in the motorcycle trade, from general manager to shop owner. Jamie is a massive Tottenham Hotspur fan, and enjoys all sorts of music and frequently going to gigs. An interesting thing about Jamie is he's moved many times in his life, from London to Eindhoven to Birmingham and lots of places in-between.
Carl Brookes
Carl has been part of the team for 7 years, and has previously spent 3 years as an HGV mechanic. He currently rides a Honda RVF400 but would love to own the new Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS. Although he works in the world of motorbikes, Carl is a self-proclaimed car enthusiast who spends most of his spare time modifying or taking his car to the track, and moonlights as chief race mechanic for Meerkat Racing in Civic Cup.
Jason is our Service Advisor here at Blade Honda Stratford. He's got 30 years experience in the motor trade. Jason likes spending time with his family, watching Stratford Town FC and playing golf on a good day, he even managed a whole-in-one on the 2nd at Lakeside Park North Lincs!
Charlie is our Parts Advisor here at Stratford. She currently rides a Triumph Tiger Explorer XRT with an impressive 65,000 miles on the clock! Charlie is currently studying for a Masters in Engineering in her spare time!
Lou is our receptionist at Triumph Stratford. She currently rides a Triumph Speed Twin and Boober Black. When not working at Blade, Lou works as a Tattoo Artist, and also has a lot of hobbies including board games, reading, art, baking, woodwork, knitting and fishing. Her favourite film is Rady Player One.
Richard recently joined the team at Triumph Stratford as a technician, and brings with him 6 years of previous experience in the auto industry. Although he doesn’t currently own a motorcycle, his dream bike would be the awesome Rocket 3 R.
Darren Palmer
Darren is our Workshop Manager, and started working at this site in Stratford in 1998! He’s got a collection of 2-stroke motorcycles and even bikes that he’s built himself which he spends his spare time working on. Darren has won awards for his work as Master Technician and has appeared in a magazine or two because of it!

Blade Motor Cycles Limited an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 497010). Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows Blade Motor Cycles Limited to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders, and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a carefully selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. We act on behalf of the lender for this introduction and not as your agent. We are not impartial, and we are not an independent financial advisor.

Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next most suitable offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.

All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18s or over. Guarantees may be required.
