I am pleased to let you know in line with the government announcement that from tomorrow morning (1st June) all our showrooms will be fully open.
As with all the communications I have sent over the past couple of months, the safety of both our staff and customers is at the forefront of everything we do. So, I wanted to take this opportunity to re-iterate the measures we have taken to make you feel safe and secure when visiting any of our retailers be it for Sales or Servicing

We have been operating with these measures in place whilst our service departments have been open for the past month and have received fantastic feedback from you our customers, of which we are grateful for This feedback has helped us learn through what has been new territory for us all.
We will continue to implement and adapt to new working practices like virtual sales appointments, contactless transactions and COVID-secure test rides, along with other opportunities over the coming weeks. All of which we will keep you updated on so you can understand what the opportunities are to liaise and transact with us with confidence.

Since my last communication, it has become apparent that there is a real need and demand for us to increase the level of workshop capabilities across our entire group to help accommodate many of our customers’ needs not just key workers.
With this in mind, I am pleased to be able to say that from immediate effect, we will be reopening our workshops to provide a level of cover for all customers. The plan over the next few weeks will be to progressively increase capacity in-line with demand and staffing restrictions.
Please rest assured, all our facilities have been set up to allow the required social distancing measures and we will be able to complete any servicing and maintenance work without putting you or our staff at risk. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.
Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
